Not a huge stout fan but like them on occasion. During Houston restaurant week last year I ordered the beer pairing with a tasting meal and the dessert was a butterscotch pudding with a chocolate stout. It was quite yummy. I don't remember the name but do remember the waiter mentioning what a rare treat I was having to even get it in Houston
