What has me shaking my head is....at the time of the couple's arraignment on the shoplifting charges......the
child neglect charges had not yet shown up in the system. So the judge released the woman.
Our judicial system is so bogged down with bureaucracy....essentially justice is compromised......and the ones who suffer are the innocents.
