Once in a while the wife, who is a great cook/baker, call "you are on your own"... tonight.
Not a problem since I was on my own for 20 years and got a few concuction back-up.
This one is the "2 Pounder Kraft Dinner Special":
1 box of KD original (cream vice milk)
13 oz of dice tomatoes
Ground black pepper
Italian spice
Chill flakes
Top with 2 Black Diamond cheese slice (much better then the Kraft one).
One bottle of red wine to minimized the the artery blockage
Can hardly wait to step on the scale tomorrow morning
