Dunno the legalities in Oregon but here in Cali it is illegal to smoke at the dispensaries (much like it is illegal to drink alcohol on the premises of a liquor store).
I was a pot head for 10 year, been off it for 15 years... the irony that it is now becoming legal is not lost on me.
