Looks pretty good.
Did they remove the cam covers and check the head studs?
Most PPI's include a leak down rather than a comp. test...tells you more about your top end.
FWIW, if I needed to upgrade my tensioners today I'd probably go with the collars that keep them from collapsing fully rather than the oil fed tensioners.
