^^^^^^^^^^While the previous couple of posts are great venting, this^^^^^ is what you should do. I'm longtime Ebay'er with almost 450 transactions while maintaining 100% rating. I've found that calm, polite and reasonable correspondence with said consequences if they fail to follow through, wins every time.
