Two possibilities.
1) Those are not worth the same as a signed Mick Foley book.
2) This is the guys MO and he does it intentionally.
Considering he has sold several items I'm not buying he's a newb and I'm inclined to think it's option 2.
Either way at this point I would not go through with the purchase for any amount other than what won you the item.
How do you know the signature is even real?
Looking at auctions for Mick Foley autographed merchandise on eBay it looks like Mick has 50 different signatures.
