Were it a 65 with painted dash, it would be worth quite a bit more, but as a regular old 66, not as much. I recently picked up a similar project with matching engine for 10K, that seemed a fair price, and comparable to a couple others out there. Without matching engine, you should still get 7-7500 for it.
I have engine #741099, which would be pretty close, within 100-150 engines of this car should whoever you sell it to be interested.
