My guess is $8K as a project roller.
My vote is to keep it and hot rod it. It looks like a great candidate as it already needs quite a bit of body work to get it back to stock. Backdating is quite a bit of work ($$) so I doubt there's a financial advantage of selling this project and buying a later model. Bargain 911s are simply harder to find now than even a year ago. Also, I'd guess that all other things being equal a flat-6 912 is worth more than a stock 912.
