I went to court to see the arraignment of the idiot who ran the stop sign. His only words were "No comprende Engles" and the case was deferred.

I don't get where you are coming from with "your fault in the loss". I was obeying all traffic laws and I got hit. If you think I caused the wreck, then you have a comprehension problem.

So, I'm suing. Maybe I will get some money in a year or 2. In the meantime, I will move on with rebuilding my car.
