I Googled "Blaupunkt Radio Repair" (looks like you did too) and a number of places came up as well as Radioman. Call the guy; if he sounds capable, what have you got to lose?! I note that one outfit won't work on German radios any longer: "too many issues".
My Blaupunkt Frankfurt was repaired somewhere in CA, but because it's in the dash I can't read the sticker!
