The Targa on eBay is a poorly worded title description. It's just a hotrod mid-year not a genuine C3. VIN numbers start with 91166 or 91176.
Check the European classified in the UK and Germany. Good drivers are $40-50k with really nice ones $60-80k. Color combo and coupe vs targa are big factors too.
Make sure it has the right engine serial number and VIN!
