Well blew up a few phones and got some stuff rolling, I also called my guy over in BuenaVista and got the real skinny on the little house we were looking at. 38K would take it, looks like I am 36K short right now.
I called the guy who has my listing and basically told him what we were going to be doing and that he needs to make hay or his sign would become a backing for some 100 yard target backing. I am going into full biz mode now.
Beth and I have decided that Tucson is going to be a vacation spot for right now and a target for later on.
