I didn't say HP performance. I said "performance", in general. The 997 is a beast in all areas of performance. My point is that if you want a 911 and $35k+ for a mid 80's coupe with 100k on the clock seems absurd, you can't go wrong with an '05 997 with upgraded IMS bearing. The water pumpers look better every day, and I am an air cooled Porsche guy.........
