I was a lifeguard and relate to having to be responsible for the little unsupervised snot-noses.
Anybody with an axe to grind against authority figures it's safe to target the high school kid making $8 an hour to debate rules he was given by lawyers and probably disagrees with too.
Their parents drop them off all day or sit there and sip from their "thermos" while junior runs around the slippery pool edge for the 10th time, both oblivious to how a bad concussion would make juniors eyes roll back in their head and their bodies convulse. Ready to then sue the town because the lifeguard didn't overrule them and enforce the rule they were egging their kid on to ignore allowing them to buy a newer Audi for the kid when he gets his license.
Then he gets sick in the pool and that pretty girl watches as you have to fish it out for your $8 an hour.
Watching this makes me want to cut off an Audi driver.
