It's a distant memory but I do remember when a car, even cool ones like that 300SL, were just cars. If you made a buck when you sold it then that was a bonus.

I agree, I take my 57 mercedes to the supermarket, to work, to places about 300 miles away...I was commenting on the fact that there would be no room for the kids in the back seat...as this is none.
