If we get the full story - such as the source and role players on the NFL side then I wouldn't be surprised if we find this goes all the way to the top. Roger Goodell and his team of executives have been on a hot seat all season for displaying their lack of professionalism and competency. They were caught flat out lying to Adrian Peterson and underestimated him in thinking he wouldn't be smart enough to record conversations. I bet they **** a brick when they heard those tapes on SportsCenter. This a great way for Goodell to divert attention away from himself and save his own ass with the other team owners.
Not saying he let the air out but more that he set this up to be a big mess during super bowl week.
