Actually not true. Alwin Springer, the defacto head of PMNA is still around. Something tells me he had a part in getting them to purchase his old partner's business.
Furthermore, I wouldn't say that Dieter is retired. I spoke to him several months ago when he was helping George Follmer's son, Mike, put together a very accurate replica of his father's old RSR.

The original question is a little vague, but what I am gathering is that there's a car available being marketed as an "Andial" model that was built overseas, kind of like a Ruf Yellowbird? Andial used to manafacture and sell parts at the same time that they were what back then passed for PMNA. Their parts were sold worldwide to dealers and tuners, but never in terribly large volumes. To my knowledge they never had any sort of complete "kits" to convert a car into something else. But their parts were always of the highest quality, and if put onto a period vehicle I wouldn't expect them to devalue a car much, if at all.
It really goes back to the provenance question. If the vehicle has an interesting history that involves the Andial parts, and potentially racing, the parts could add value. Otherwise if, for example, it is a '79 930 with an Andial intercooler and some other bits, it's probably about a zero sum game versus an all original '79 930.
