I think you misread what I wrote. I said that there
is a grain of truth to it, and that it is too bad that there is. That when we bike riders act like that, it negatively affects how all drivers perceive us. I also suggested in a follow up post that such behavior on the part of the rider can lead to getting hit. It is hard enough sharing the road with autos as is; you don't need to add risk by riding stupid. Better?
