I have just got hold of a second hand rear shelf speaker pod which I believe is a Moch-1 manufactured part. it looks like this:
It came out of a 1983 911SC targa so I expected it to be an easy fit.
I am not sure how it is supposed to be fitted but it looks like it should just sit on the existing shelf with the front sitting behind the top lip of the rear seat back panel. My shelf has no speakers in as it is an early SC. It looks like this:
The thing is that the top of the unit touches the glass all the way up the back, and the fit around the bottom of the window is poor.
Does anyone know how this should be installed, or have instructions?
