I hate graffiti, but this one really stunned me. The danger level is insane. This is the bay bridge approach. I bet the graffiti bandit risked an 80 foot drop! Those are steel girders in the dark recesses of the photo. He had to have dropped onto the conc bentcap and finger clawed to the middle and swung off a rope to do this. Any ideas? To cover this up will cost thousands and require a safety meeting! Haha.
