I like a good English Breakfast tea. I can drink it with a little sweetener (honey or sugar) and sometimes with milk/cream, sometimes not. I also like a good Earl Grey. I think I usually get Twinings brand if I buy in a grocery store, but I prefer a loose leaf. I occasionally pick some up from Teavana. When I go there, I get monkey picked oolong (not actually picked by monkeys), white tea, and several types of Japanese green tea. I've tried several different oolongs, but always go back to the monkey picked. For Japanese tea, I like a good green, also Gen Mai Cha which is green with toasted rice which was once a peasant tea, and I like the premium green gyokuro which is just the tender top leaves that have been shielded from the sun or something like that.
I don't add anything to oolong, green or white teas, only the black teas. Be careful if you start trying other types, especially the greens and whites and stuff, some of them can get bitter if you steep them too long, but are very tasty if you don't.
