Yep... note the second ingredient on the skippy jar is sugar.
Also agree all food we buy is pumped with salt and sugar, I am guilty of indulging in bad food... but I try to avoid gratuitous S&S every chance I can.
A long, long, long time ago I did an experiment and kept no sugar or salt in the house... after a few weeks everything I ate tasted salty and/or sweet. Amazing (or sad) how desensitized our taste buds are.
