Thanks for letting me know about those.

1. First problem was a hunting idle, however, got that taken care of with a good cleaning of the throttle body and also noticed 50% of the screen before the MAF was blocked with leaves. Nice steady idle now.
2. Horn beeps once when locking with the key in the door, beeps twice if I hold it in the lock position. From what I read, the single beep means something is open. Well I have noticed that the passenger door does not lock no matter what I do (key FOB or manual locking). I read quite a bit on the subject and it looks like I might need to change out the door lock solenoid. I'm not too worried about the alarm at the moment, just would like to lock the doors. Does it seem reasonable that the passenger door is just a solenoid replacement?
3. I know there is a central locking system problem. The button on the center console doesn't lock or unlock the doors. The red light doesn't come on. When I press the key FOB, I can hear the doors lock for a second and then unlock, then 2 beeps. This looks a lot more complicated based on what I read. I'll settle for a locking passenger door if that is easy enough.
4. Radio needs a passcode. I've already ordered the keys to remove it so I can get the serial number. I was planning on getting this working before replacing the door solenoid. Thought I read somewhere you could also get a beep if the radio code isn't entered.
5. The rear air foil indicator on the dashboard stays lit even though I cycle it up and down. Seems to work fine. Any idea why that would stay on?
6. Window goes up and down when opening and closing the door, however seems a little slow. I've had to train myself to take and extra 1/2 second. It doesn't really bother me. My newer BMW is very quick. Is that just the nature of the beast or is it something that is showing signs that it needs to be replaced.
7. Needs a set of brake pads all around and probably an oil change.

Other than that everything else seems to be OK for now.
