I agree. But in this case she didn't use good judgement in the first place during that encounter. How's he going to do any damage to her either with or without a golf club? Really dumb and really over reach.

It all depends. In this case she was not using good judgement so I don't have a problem with the guy refusing. But there are other times it is very reasonable to expect a person to do what the cop says because his life could be in danger. I can see that scenario happening a LOT! It's not about giving up a freedom - it's about working with those who are trying to help our communities.
