I saw the one with the Seattle cop pepper spraying the guy who was just walking past. Where do they find these people who are so unsuited for the job? Being a police officer in a large American city is a pretty good job, great pay and benefits, etc. Almost all of the cops I see in L.A. seem pretty happy and sane, like they enjoy their jobs. WTF is with Seattle?
