Here's my suggestion:

We cut off any and all ties (trade, aid, business of any sort) with any nation self-identifying as "Islamist" or which has Sharia Law as the basis of its legal system. We do the same thing to any nation which can't get its Muslim wackos under control (Nigeria w/ Boko Haram comes to mind). We isolate these fkkerz in their own sandbox and make it clear that if they step one toe outside of it, we will start leveling portions of them at our discretion, up to and including turning Muslim "holy sites" into smoldering radioactive rubble. They stay where they are and leave us alone and we'll leave them alone to live whatever stupid bass-ackwards existences they want. People from those countries may still petition us for asylum.

That's a language they can understand.

Isolate them and let them either (1) kill each other or (2) sort out their problems and reach out to the civilized world for inclusion in it when they've grown up and renounced Islamic governance.
