I have a list of passwords and usernames that I have used for various different sites over the last decade;

Its 2 friggen pages long!!!!!!!!!!!


They are all pretty much the same except for the "must include at least one upper and one lower case letter'', "must include at least one number", " must include at least one number and one upper case", "remember passwords are case sensitive", "don't use the same password as your username" etc. etc. etc. etc.

I always have to look them up on the list that sits right next to my computer. How secure is that???
