I had a similar problem in my 1970 911T. I replaced the flash and turn signal relay but the problem continued. Cleaned the left side turn signal bulbs contacts and still nothing. I then replaced the bulbs and the problem was solved. Moral of the story: the fact that the bubs go on does not mean that they are 100% OK.
