Yeah, the catalog dictates this but I had my car at John Walker's shop today and we both inspected the car. It has the thick flange exchangers. I have read a couple other threads where other '77 2.7 owners stated it requires the thick flange exchangers. It sounds counter intuitive, but that is the case. According to Walker, I need the thick flange exchangers without the extended tube at the top of the flange that meets the head. Anyone know what the part number is?
