I hate to break this to you grandpa, but the reason she was so comfortable around you is she assumed you were so old she was safe. I'm sure at dinner that night she said, "I sat next to the cutest old man, reminded me of my grandpa.
One word of flirt and you would have gone from "cute old man" to "dirty old man" in a nanosecond. Lol
