Tell the recruiter that you are wise to his game. If he persists, tell him to leave your child alone. If he doesn't, have an attorney call him.
You'll likely never hear from him again.
An Army recruiter got onto my daughter after high school. One afternoon he called and my daughter gave me the phone.
I told him I was a retiree, and my daughter was not suited for the military.
Never heard from him again...
