I will need tires that are US DOT rated.

I am trying to find any tire that will work as a tire for my 7&8 inch wide Fuchs 15 inch wheels. I have to have a tire I can drive in the rain on the highway. Autocross R compound tires are out for that reason. The Pirelli P600 will work but it is not supposed to be used in temps below 45 degrees. I hate to limit driving to warm days only.
