As I imagine you need to have some lines custom made, I'd suggest getting the adapter that goes from the metric Porsche fittings to an AN-12 size, then you can use the readily available AN fittings to have the lines fabricated. A generic dry sump oil tank from Summit should work if you can't find a used one.
