Drove it and was approached by a very attractive woman just as I got back in after one of my stops. She kind of tapped the papers she was carrying on my hood to get my attention and came forward when I re-opened my door.
"What year?"she asked. We had a good 20 minute conversation about 944's, how she'd owned two in the past, how they were so comparatively easy to work on (the inference that she worked on her own cars made me momentarily wish I wasn't married) & somehow drifted to Audi's but recently found herself giving advice to a girlfriend who was looking to buy an '87 94S like mine. That was when she decided it was time to shop for a 944 Turbo. I gave her the Pelican web address and I hope she shows up here.
So, what did I do? Brought a believer back into fold, my friends! LOL
