If the database has a table called "Students", it will destroy it. It's a decent assumption that a school would have such a table. The guy with the car seemed to have knowledge about the specific database for speeders and tailored his "license plate" accordingly. Both commands would terminate the SQL insert statement and cause a database table to be dropped, if there is a database table of the name specified in the SQL.
