I am assuming you have the Zenith Carbs, may need to be rebuilt before starting just to be safe.
Also I'd check over a lot of the rubber bits as they can dry out and cause issues when waking up a sleeping car (as me how I know)

Yes, I have the zenith carbs. I'm working on getting the spare complete engine that it came with running. So far we can't get it to turn over by hand yet so we are going to put some oil down in the cylinders and let it sit for a few days. My p-car mentor says he sees a lot of carbon (I hadn't looked) and suspects maybe rings went bad.. Hopefully not, but we will see.
