Yes, B52 is pressurized. The helmet/mask is for communications and the visor. Helmet has the speakers and the mask the microphone. During maneuvers, they wear the mask. If not, I suspect the mask is just hanging to one side.
Plus its noisy in there. This video shows them with the mask on and off so...
Except for Major Kong. He wore his cowboy hat over a headset with mask.
BTW, there is no safe on a B52. I confirmed it with a retired AF B52 pilot.
