Garage
87 928 injectors

Hi all, I am back.
It has been a busy 2 years. Rescued a 92 968 from the junk yard, met and married my wife, pulled the motor from the 928. Moved 3 times, then all came to a halt. New house built and I epoxied the garage floor and installed a 4 post lift.
Garage cabinets and counter top will be installed in 2 weeks.

The 928 engine is calling my name,
{queue in the music from Molly Hatchet}
I basically pulled the engine to stop me from driving it , as I knew the timing belt needed changing.
So, I am going to rebuild the power steering, replace motor mounts and oil pan gasket/studs. Along with an intake refresh and powder coat.
I will be repainting the engine bay also,

I have most of the parts, to include new cam gears. $$$$$
I will need a DME computer, and water pump too. Waiting on the DME because warranty starts from purchase date.

Here are my questions/
New or rebuilt water Pump?

New injectors or send mine out to WH?
or clean myself?
type of new ones? I keep hearing ford.
what LB rating do I need?
high impedance?

I am going to clean the ones from the 968 myself. this is a low cost rescue.
The 928 is getting the pampering.

I have to get the 968 started before I dive into the 928, then they swap places on the lift.

I hope to be driving by this time next year.

thnx
