$100 ain't a bad deal, but that elastomeric suspension really isn't much. 3/4-1 inch tops? Probably more like 1/2-3/4. For an around town or light off road thing, it would be pretty cool, because the pivot point is in a really good location, and the limited travel actually helps unwanted suspension motion (because it doesn't really move at all

). Some of the full suspension bikes from this era are stupidly unrideable. This one you could use.
What you really want to look out for in these frames are stress cracks in the paint in this area. Especially on the underside of the swingarm and the pivot gusset on the frame. That's where they brake.
