Don't know where you are in relation to where the car is, but I think a nice professional detail would help in selling the car. The interior picture shows some telltale signs of of a smoker (yellowish brown haze on the instruments.) Body looks pretty straight in the pictures.
As far as the mileage goes, check for badges on the grill. Vintage Mercedes owners like to put the milestone mileage badges on the grill. Kind of a Mercedes thing.
