Was he the original owner?
136k is not a big deal.
We used to say those things weren't broken in till 100k.
The person that will buy that car will most likely be knowledgeable about them.
They'll know in 30 seconds if it's 136 or 36k.
If you advertise it at 36 and a buyer shows up and it's really 136k he's going to use that to beat you up on the price even if it's worth what you are asking.
