Not really. Sometimes even the OEM OBD II diagnostics manual suggests multiple possibilities for a single given code, and depends upon the diagnostic capabilities of the tech to determine which one is the root fault by a process of elimination, which is what you face.

From the OBD II manual for your car: P1341 Camshaft Adjustment, Bank 1 – Below Limit Potential causes: – Short to ground – Actuator faulty – Open circuit in triggering wire – Open circuit in B+ supply
