It's disturbing. I have a 13yo boy who presumably will be driving in a few short years. He is no dummy by any stretch but nonetheless I will do everything I can to encourage sane behavior. I plan to bring him to a performance driving school or POC clinic as soon as he's old enough.

I think there are several places that offer courses specifically for new, teenage drivers.
