It's being reported in local papers that approx. 40 vintage cars, trucks and bikes were lost in an overnight fire in a storage barn where these vehicles were stored for the winter. It's a common practice here to store your collector car in some out of the way unused barn, sometimes for 6 or 8 months,. I always said If I couldn't keep my collector stuff home in my own place I wouldn't have them.

This is a great shame and I probably know lots of the guys' cars and hot rods. Makes me feel sad for them. Hope they can get some sort of comp from insurance, if they bothered to keep them insured (incredibly) some don't.
