OK, relax. You don't need training. It's very, very, very unlikely that you're going to get shot or even rudely harrassed if you get pulled over in the US. I've been pulled over, many, many times, and never had any cop act like the stuff that you see in these clips. Treat them with respect. Answer yes sir and no sir. I've known folks that would get out of the car with no problems. I don't and wouldn't.

If you want advice, stay in the car, turn off the motor and radio, roll the window down and put both of your hands in plain sight on the top of the steering wheel. Then wait for the officer to come to the car and talk to you.
