When people found out we were building a new barn on our property, they wondered if they could store thier boats/campers/ muscle cars/junk in my barn. I store my own Porsche in the garage bay attached to the house, but I don't want anybody's other stuff clogging up a usable barn or the liability if something should happen even so small as a scratch, let alone a fire of that magnitude.
