I'm unable to tell if it's RHD or LHD from what I can see... the reflection on the windshield prevents it... not sure if that's the driver's seat in the left window... can anyone else make it out? See a steering wheel?
Looking at the mirrors, their placement is not something I would expect a kit builder to choose... that makes me think it might be an original. The right mirror looks a little bit further forward than the left one. Without being able to see if it's LHD or RHD, a case could be made either way with the mirror placement, but it looks like it would be a little harder to use the left mirror if it's LHD due to the A-pillar interference.
EDIT: I changed my mind about the right mirror being further forward... judging by looking at the base of each mirror, they seem to be equidistant from the gas caps.

I don't think it's a Fiero-based kit. Nothing wrong with the side window... the plexiglass has been taken off... you can see where the screws go... look closely.
