Tobra, most of these kinds of street races take place far away from any innocents. That's why I asked the questions I asked. I did mention that I see it as a whole different situation when they do it in and around the rest of us. You have to go a long ways out of your way, and know the "right" (really the "wrong"...) people to even find and go watch an organized street race. No one is there who didn't put some effort into being there. There are no "innocent bystanders". These are far, far different than a couple of knuckleheads who just happened upon one another at a stop light and engaged in an impromptu race.
Your guy in the Mustang was not "street racing". He was just being a dick.
