Oh and Enzo, Texas ain't AZ. I've lived in both, and I think my current location says it all. They still get snow in Texas! We get some on the edges of the valley once every few years, but here in town it rarely gets below 40, plus we have awesome mountains nearby, 2hrs from snow skiing, 5 hrs from the beaches of SoCal!

Gilbert IS a nice town. But the whole Phoenix area is just too damn hot for me. I'm a few hours SE of you guys. We get snow every year (very little of it, except higher in the mountains), and we're generally 10-15 degrees cooler than you in the summer. Spring/Fall weather down here is about as close to perfect as I've experienced, outside of Hawaii.
